Llanelli Waterside Half Marathon ... Event Preview
Welcome to a preview of possibly one of the best Half Marathon events in the UK. The event organisers are committed to providing you with a race experience that is of the best possible standard.
This challenging event is already one of the most highly rated by members of Runners World who have participated in the event.
The event takes place in one of the most beautiful and scenic areas of the south Wales coastline. On the M4 Corridor there is easy access to the event headquarters where there is ample free parking just meters from the start and finish of the race.
There are plenty of restaurants and pubs to refuel after the event and if you are staying for the weekend there are superb hotels, B&B's and even great places to put up a tent or bring a caravan.
Feel at ease on the morning of the event ... just turn up at least an hour before the race start and be entertained by the DY or guest band and perhaps sneak in a free pre-race massage in the process. The team of supporters you bring can get stuck into a bacon roll, coffee or something else that might whet the appetite at breakfast time.
After the event collect your memento and get another free massage for the aching joints. We suspect you will feel totaly accomplished after take part in this superb event and we look forward to seeing you in March.
